Major Responsibilities:
- Support the local roll-out of strategy, policy, process and standards of global and country specific leadership programs in China.
- Drive the implementation of global leadership programs with country specific initiatives in line with the global Bayer TM framework.
- Identify the specific business needs and challenges in China, develop and roll out country specific leadership programs to meet local requirement, esp. Sales Force leadership programs.
- Constantly track business needs and feedbacks from key stakeholders regarding leadership programs and instigate and lead initiatives to process/content optimization and improvement and make recommendations on improvement initiatives to the CoE TM.
- Monitor the performance of programs and enhance overall efficiency.
- Drive and coordinate with global and/or country HR organization on program communication and promotion.
- Provide state-of-the-art support and consultancy in the relevant field to the HR and business managements.
- Conduct training need assessments in leadership training programs in terms of talents and competency upgrades to meet business requirement
- Act as focal point for HR//BP and business on standard leadership program issues.
- Proactively engage and coordinate the set-up and implementation of Bayer Leadership Academy China.
- Select, administer and evaluate external vendors (and trainers) in reference to Global guideline on Selection and Quality Management, where applicable in close collaboration with HR//Services to ensure training quality and effectiveness
- Establish and foster trainer pipeline for leadership programs.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree or equivalent in HR or business studies
- Fluent in English language both in the spoken and written form
- Comprehensive knowledge or expertise on leadership programs or training honed through relevant experience
- Knowledge of the global leadership programs, processes and standards
- Above 5 years of HR or business experience; experience as HR Business Partner helpful
- People leadership experience
- Good business sense and customer oriented
