职位要求：

1. 遵守公司劳动纪律和安全操作规程，服从领导工作安排

2. 根据图纸要求工作，在规定时间完成任务

3. 团结同事，积极配合其他班组的工作

4. 维护工作区域的卫生

5. 积极反馈遇到的问题

胜任力要求：

1. 初中或以上教育背景

2. 从事过不锈钢抛光工作

3. 能够根据工作需要适当加班

职位职责：

1. 了解抛光工作原理，具备金属材料和非金属材料的抛光工作

2. 能够正确使用固定式抛光机、手工抛光平面、圆弧面达到镜面或拉丝面的表面粗糙度要求（会用角磨机）

3. 能够吃苦耐劳，按时保质保量地完成部门安排的工作

4. 正确填写工时记录报告

5. 会使用粗糙度检测设备的优先
