Principal Responsibilities:主要职责

1. Skills and knowledge to perform commissioning and/or specialist work under the direction and/or supervision of an LP Amina lead commissioning engineer or senior specialist.有一定的锅炉调试背景，指导并且在专家的指导下进行顺利的工作。

2. Skills and knowledge to provide technical advise during commissioning and/or special testing work, performed by plant operation personnel and/or local craft labor.对锅炉调试方面有合理的见解并能够指导工人们一起完成工作。

3. Skills and knowledge to perform, to supervise and/or to advise specialist work due to special training and limited to a specific area and/or technology.根据自己所掌握技术培训过的知识来解答问题。

4. Perform and complete the above task according to company process procedures and customer contract. 完成公司派给的工作，很好的和客户一起完成合同规定的任务。

5. Provide feedback from site-practices and propose to product manager/engineer for upgrade solutions. Hands on training to any new recruits within the team.得到现场的反馈，要和经理商量合理的建议，并能很好的带好新兵。

6. Provide support to sales team during pre-bidding and contract negotiation, as needed. 如果可能，在合同签订前，给予技术方面的支持。

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:能力与经验

1. Preferred background in power. 有电力行业背景者优先

2. More than 5 years experience in boiler commissioning. 5年以上锅炉调试经验

3. University degree or above. Majored in thermal energy and power engineering 本科毕业或以上学历，热能与动力工程专业背景

4. Skill to interpret manuals, drawings and technical documents 有翻译，画图和锅炉背景

5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written有一定的英语水平

6. Effective teamwork and communication skills有团队精神

7. Work requires willingness to work with a flexible schedule.愿意在灵活的工作日程的情况下工作

8. Applicants must be willing to travel to different locations in accordance with job demand.愿意出差

LP Amina's staff has over 50 years combined experience in the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of coal- fired large utility boilers. Over the past 20 years, the team has gained a wide range of experience from the evolution of the US power market. Increases in environmental regulations and free market driven energy prices have forced plant operators to reduce emissions and improve reliability while lowering operational cost. LP Amina's engineering and design team will leverage this experience gained from the US and Europe to address the emergence of similar issues in China.
