职位描述
1. Assist China CRO to perform his/her duties and responsibilities in connection with his role in charge for Operational Risk;
2. In coordination with regional RISQ/OPE team, define the normative framework, methodologies and documentation that need to be implemented for an efficient operational risk management framework, taking into account the local specificities and regulatory requirements;
3. Review and evaluate independently the implementation by the LOD1 of the above-mentioned framework and norms, Propose adjustments and corrective actions if appropriate;
4. Review, challenge and complement if needed the framework proposed on IT Security and BCM;
5. Review and challenge the operational risks analysis performed by the LOD1;
6. Review material incident reports, root clause and action plans proposed by LOD1;
7. Review and validate the operational risk aspects of all outsourcing activities;
8. In the context of the New Product Committee governance, contribute to the assessment and validation of the New Products from an operational risk standpoints;
9. Validate responses to regulators on Operational Risks topics;
10. Participate and contribute as appropriate to the various Operational Risk committees;
11. Access to business lines (e.g. participate to first line operational risk committee) and understand their operational risk exposure;
12. Provide advice on proposal or decision made by business lines related to processes, tools or solutions related to operational risk management;
13. Provide framework to review/ facilitate that risk considerations are taken into account appropriately by business lines in major decision making or operational risk norm exceptions management (e.g. New Product Committee validation);
14. Participate or coordinate with other second line teams and third line exercises as well as regulator requests on operational risk;
15. Production of IT risk, anti-fraud and operational risk related reports;
16. Provide to local CRO and regional RISQ/OPE an independent and transversal view on all the operational risks in China;
17. Update local operational risk related policies;
18. Act as a local relay to regional and global Operational Risk Team (local communication of global policies update, share major risk with regional teams);
19. Back up team members in the tasks related to other risk aspects assigned by CRO;
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Risk & Control management or audit experience is preferred.
3. At least 5 years sound working experience in Operations, Information security, IT risk or anti-fraud related field within the financial industry or MNC.
4. Risk management oriented
5. Familiar with regulations issued by regulators on banking industry;
6. Good organizational skill;
7. Self-starter
8. Quick learner & proactive team work player;
9. English & Chinese: fluency English and Mandarin speaking and writing skill is a must
10. Good PC skills
11. Proficient with Microsoft office tools
