任职要求：

1. 至少一年的代码编写和软件开发经验；

2. 熟练使用HTML+CSS+JS, jQuery, ajax;

3. 熟练使用Java，MySQL，Spring+SpringMVC, Hibernate，TomCat;

4. 加分项：熟练使用Linux;

5. 保持良好的编码规范;

6. 快速学习以及抗压能力；

Ensure Group has currently 3 locations in Germany, Shanghai and Beijing. Ensure Germany is focusing on supply chain management, logistic management and research in advanced production system; Ensure Shanghai is focusing on quality management and project management, and together with Ensure Germany, the Shanghai team also develops client-tailored IT solutions; Ensure Beijing is mainly focusing on engineering service, for which we are directly offering expertized engineering, design and management support to the world leading OEMs.
