Major Responsibilities:

Bayer China Limited is seeking a senior system specialist as full time assignment position, reporting to the Bayer Business Service IT Special function system team lead. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to move into Chemical/Health industry system engineer.
Responsibilities include:
-To ensure fit and gap analysis with global colleagues
-To Support global CRM system Net/JAVA based web application system and deploy it to China sales reps.
-To make a proper testing, training, and communication plan and execute them.
-To establish maintenance support plan and support organization

Education, Qualifications and Skills:

Basic Qualifications
-Basic IT knowledge
-5 years system development experience is required
-3 years or more Project management experience
-Chinese native speaker
-English
-Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
-Project experience in global environment
-CRM project experience
-.Net, Java, web application programing experience
