Major Responsibilities:

Bayer China Limited is seeking a system specialist as full time assignment position, reporting to the Bayer Business Service IT Special function system team lead. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to move into Chemical/Health industry system engineer.
Responsibilities include: - Partial responsibility for the drafting of specification (business & system) and development/implementation of IT systems
- To develop applications through standard process (apply support process)
- To manage projects through standard process (apply "manage projects")
- Perform non-ERP application support by applying standard procedures (apply "support process") and tools and controlling SLAs
- Work with continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Keep abreast with new technology developments and keep close technical relationship with market applications or solution Providers

Education, Qualifications and Skills:

-University Degree or comparable education
-Basic IT knowledge and professional IT task experience
-Focus on more potentiality to be development.
-Not mandatory experience for R&D system
-Professional certifications is preferred
-Proactive and strong problem solving capabilities
-Solid Communication Skills (Presentation, Interpersonal Relationship
Building)
-Good English writing and speaking skill
-Good team working spirit
-Customer oriented and strong in communication
-Passion to learn new things and can adapt to change quickly
-Global collaboration skill (with German or U.S. colleagues) is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
-CRM system experience
-Project management experience
-.Net, Java, web application programing experience
