【Responsibilities】
· Support clients in attaining their career goals by providing services including CV/cover letter optimization, career planning, interview training, mock interviews, job recommendation and various workshops
· Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels
· Provide individual career guidance to best assist clients in defining career options, developing career competencies and job search procedures, providing clients the skills necessary to make better career decisions and take effective actions
· Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends
· Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
1. 为留学生海归客户完成中英文简历等材料的定制撰写和优化，深度挖掘背景素材和优势亮点
2. 为客户提供求职定位分析、职业生涯规划，面试笔试培训辅导、名企岗位内推、网申优化等服务
3. 帮助客户掌握目标行业知识，提升求职技能，从而在求职过程中脱颖而出
4. 解答和处理客户在求职过程中遇到的各类问题
5. 参加专业培训与交流，不断提升咨询辅导服务专业水平，掌握最新的行业资讯
【Qualifications】
· Bachelors degree or above, Masters preferred, overseas experience preferred
· An excellent communicator in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
· Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career
· Quick-learner, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and proactive
· Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, with excellent multi-tasking skill
1. 本科以上，留学生海归背景优先，海归硕士优先
2. 英语听说读写精通，尤其是英语写作能力，英语专业八级优先
3. 优秀的人际沟通和语言表达能力，具有团队精神
4. 优秀的学习能力和解决问题能力，思维敏捷
5. 责任心强，工作积极主动、认真细致，能吃苦和抗压
6. 具有金融（投行/证券/银行等）、财会（审计/财务/会计等）、管理咨询、互联网、房地产等高端行业从业经历者优先，有人力资源从业经历者优先，有海外学习/海外实习/工作/海外求职经历优先
