职位描述

Key Objectives: Responsible to develop marketing activities to promote Accessories & Lifestyle business in China. Coordernate with internal marketing teams and external marketing agencies and suppliers to prepare off line and online promotional materials. Devise, implement and communicate accessories & Lifestyle overall marketing activities and sales campaigns in line with sales campaigns of each product line. Monitor the performance and budget spending of each sales campaign. Lead and coordinate accessories training programes of product knowledge and installation instruction for dealers. Daily support to dealers on marketing requests and sales campaigns. Prepare, organize and coordinate Accessories & Lifestyle business meetings with dealers. Manage and coordinate the retrofitting of vehicles and the display support of retrofitted vehicles to dealers. Lead and coordinate the homologation of Accessories products. Preparation of market presentations for corporate visits and conferences.

Education / Degree: Degree in economics, marketing, business administration.
Knowledge / Skills / Competences: Fuent in spoken and written Chinese and English including automotive terms Very good communication skills Product knowledge in accessories Strong background in marketing / sales Experience in retail business Very supportive attitude towards colleagues, strong team player Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
Experience: > 3 years marketing experience in automotive industry Familiar with the parts business in Aftersales in automobile industry

  The BMW Group is one of the most successful manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycles in the world with its BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands. As a global company, the BMW Group operates 24 production facilities in 13 countries and has a global sales network in more than 140 countries.
