职位描述

Key Objectives:
This position has been created through BMW AG board decision in January 2012 to allow the transition of BMW ConnectedDrive into production and maintainance in China and serve other Asian markets as the continental hub.

Major Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the applications running on the Asia hub and in local installations in Asia supported by the Chinese CoC
Specify change requests and create interfaces for Asian markets in the BMW ConnectedDrive, MINI Connected and Projekt i worldwide roll-outs
Review Central, Chinese and other Asian markets' concepts and ITPM documents through the project life cycle
Support the development of local Chinese applications e.g. from the ConnectedDrive Lab Shanghai with know-how, reviews and technical access / application enhancements
Co-ordinate application level changes across BMW Central, BMW Chinese legal entities and all CD suppliers
Manage access right / roles in CD local applications and support operations security
Specify, implement and maintain the application level interfaces accross the life cycle of all CD and attached applications (e.g. DMS, CRM, CASA, BIP, BMW Digital 2.0)
Third level support for CD incident management, support problem and change management

Education / Degree:
Bachelor degree or above in Information Technlogy

Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
In-depth know how on application development, maintainance and change request process
J2EE, Oracle, BEA Weblogic / Glassfish knowledge
Cluster systems, Apache, F5 / Bluecoat load balancing solutions (application level)
Telematics products in automotive industry
Systems administration, script development
High English language skills (fluent, writing..), preferably good German language skills
ITIL processes
Communication skills
Team player with high self motivation

Experience:
Working experience in an international enterprise
Experience on Telematics products and business processes
Application development and maintainance
IT Project Management experiences

  The BMW Group is one of the most successful manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycles in the world with its BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands. As a global company, the BMW Group operates 24 production facilities in 13 countries and has a global sales network in more than 140 countries.

  The BMW Group achieved a global sales volume of approximately 1.46 million automobiles for the 2010 financial year. Revenues for 2010 totalled euro 60.477 billion. At 31 December 2010, the company employed a global workforce of 95,453 associates.

  In 1994 April, BMW Group established the representative office in Beijing, which is recognized as BMW’s official entry to Chinese market. In 2005 October, BMW China Automotive Trading Ltd. was established as another milestone of BMW’s long term commitment to Chinese market.
