1.Incident Analysis:Incidents Report to improve service/backend quality.
Outage Analysis:Outage Report to improve service/backend change or deploy quality.
2.Weekly report:Team weekly Incidents & Problems reports.
review/discuss tricky or special cases to improve the team's trouble shooting/supporting capability.
3.Regular meeting:Weekly team problem review meeting to check the latest status of those problem tickets owned by FRSG_CN.
present the live defects and the live user impacts to define the priority of defects fix.
4.Internal communication:Communication with Product team.
5.Oncall: Weekly Oncall duty
? Response Critical/High incidents on time and update till resolve
? IT advisory management (Create, update & close within SLA)
? Non-working hours standby (Weekend & 6pm - 10pm working days)
? Analyze Splunk alert and response with Runbooks format
? Weekly Oncall Summary Report with outages (if happened), IT advisories and important staff during this week 
? Daily handoff with India team with a report/checklist listed what need India team to help following
6. Monitoring:Monitor Splunk alerts for CN,Monitor Splunk dashboard,MSDN API drilldown (API response),NGSDN drilldown (Command success rate),Triggered alerts ,Azure dashboard,Emergency call from Call center team at non-working hours.
7. SHALL have a strong capability in Service delivery, testing, and Operation Analysis services of applications, and completing the tasks with high efficiency. 
任职资格：
? Must have at least 5 years of experience in IT operations projects.
? Should have ITIL certification. 
? Experience in Problem Management, Incident Management, Reporting, SLA management. 
? Experience of working on / monitoring on SPLUNK tool 
? Should be ready for weekend/ holidays On call support.
