In APJ Marketing, we make it easier for employees, partners and customers to understand what products and services are right for them. We are responsible for much of what the world sees and hears about Symantec. Marketing is, in many ways, the conscience of the company. Whether it is Marketing Communications & Campaigns, Enterprise Marketing & Operations, Product Marketing, Channel or SMB Marketing, our role is to shorten the sales cycle, plain and simple.
Job Function Marketing Function
Responsibilities
? Develop and execute audience marketing programs to C-level, SIT and FIT in the named account segment
? Develop and execute industry programs to help Symantec penetrate into target industries
? Promote customer success by developing and publicizing customer references
? Create sales opportunities and shorten sales cycle through installed base programs, segment and industry marketing programs
? Communicate with named account sales team to understand business priorities and shape marketing programs accordingly
? Coordinate and localize field execution of global campaigns
? Agency management for program execution
? Budget and timeline management
Qualifications
? Working knowledge of China's software market, storage and security market knowledge a plus
? Experience in enterprise marketing/industry marketing
? Effective interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills, language proficiency - English and Chinese
? Passion for marketing and genuine curiosity for technology
? Good team player
? A self-learner and able to adapt to change
? Able to prioritize and work under pressure
? 8 + years in relevant field
