Job Title: South China Regional Sourcing Manager
Division: GSO
Location: Guangzhou
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
n Develop Supplier Base in the Region with the focus on Low-Volume/ High-Mix precision parts.
n Drivenew project implementation from quotation through production.
n Manage existing sourcing projects with suppliers in the Region, including quality assurance and on-time delivery.
n Host Division Sourcing Leaders as required to introduce and qualify new suppliers.
n Capability to manage internal customers.
n Other duties may also be assigned as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Engineering degreeideally in Mechanical/Electrical/Material;
2. Minimum 8 years of work experiences in Sourcing and Supplier Base Management, with broad knowledge in commodities such as Sheet Metal Fabrication, High Precision Machining, Surface Treatment.
3. Knowledge in quality systems and standards (i.e. ISO 9000, TS 16949) and quality tools (i.e. PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA).
4. English proficiency is a must.
5. Individual contributor with high potential to lead a team.
