1. Owner of the P&L for the responsible accounts.
2. Interface with key people at client to explore new opportunities, grow business, and build long-term relationships;
3. Follow up on client requirements and drive various internal units to support and exceed client expectations;
4. Own related account's recruiting  to fill in the openings together with recruiting team;
5.Collect customer feedback and manage customer expectations.
6. Manage multiple key accounts
7. Verify billing or invoicing information and responsible for accuracy, push for AR if needed. PO coordinator;
8. Play local BD role as needed for new business in SZ

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.More than 5 years experience in IT/Telecom industry as Account Manager, Sales, PM or Recruiter;
3.Fluent in English speaking and writing;
4.Excellent communication skills;
5.Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive learning attitude;
6.Excellent Microsoft Office Suite product skills including Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
7.Outgoing personality
8.Experience in IT outsourcing industry is a plus
