职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Maintains a highly professional, motivated, qualified and supportive HR Team.
2. Develops, administers and interprets HR policy/procedures to ensure them in line with local policies and company policies.
3. Recruits, develop and retain the quality and quantity of resources needed for the Company's operations.
4. Develops and implements compensation and benefit structure and programs which provide a competitive level of pay and rewards to employees.
5. Manages salary reviews, monitors personnel budgets and processes monthly payroll, social insurance/public housing found contribution and monthly IIT declaration.
6. HR related reporting support.
7. Establishes and maintains external relationships with relevant regulations, government bodies, labor agencies and external vendors.
8. Facilitates effective communication between employees and management, and maintains employee relations.
9. Identifies training and development needs in conjunction with function managers and plans training activities.
10. Leads and facilitates employee performance management.
11. Manages employee domestic and international assignments.
Qualification Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HR in a wholly foreign owned or joint venture company in manufacturing industries.
2.Strong knowledge of full scope of human resources activities and applicable laws/regulations related to human resources functions.
3.Strong communication skills and team player, self motivated and proactive.
4.Strong analytical, planning, prioritizing, problem solving and decision making skills.
5.Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
6.Computer skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word processing.
7.Bachelor degree in HRM or relevant fields
