职位描述
KEY RESULT AREAS:
-Attend to customers’ complaints and quotations. Key in customer concern in system.
-Process sales orders and delivery.
-Maintain and review sales contracts with customers.
-Support sales to submit customers’ request information and documents.
-Collect feedback from customers to improve on services.
-Prepare Monthly Sales Forecast and Delivery KPI Report.
-Maintain Quotation and Sales Order in ERP System.
-Special task assigned by direct manager.
-Warehouse daily operation management.
-Manage and monitor 3rd. party logistics Providers in transportation and warehouse management in assigned area.
-Handling office administration matters.
-To comply with Freudenberg regulations on Safety, Environmental protection and Occupation health.
关键要求：有1~3年供应链经验（年限要求不高），英文读写较熟练，熟悉SAP或者ERP系统者优先！
