工作描述：
1）管理和监督税务合规事务，包括日常的税务活动、相关的调节表的制作和审查、业务分析，负责安捷伦上海公司的纳税申报。领导、协助印度和美国的税务团队完成相关的项目。

2）为税务报告、分析和审查工作，建立并优化相应的流程，制定并维护符合安捷伦内部政策和外部相关法律政策要求的控制程序。

3）与相关税务机关保持良好的关系，负责上海公司内部和外部的税务审计、税务合规性检查工作。

4）提供公司税收优化方面的建议。提供税务方面的"早期预警"，并提供相应的解决方案；为管理层的经营决策提供税务方面的分析和建议。

5）与公司内部各业务职能部门协作，保证公司内部和国家法定的相关税务项目的实施。关注各种税收政策的变化并制定相应的行动计划。

6）负责上海财务团队在税收政策变化方面的培训工作


任职资格：
1）中、英文书面和口语俱佳，税务，会计或金融专业，大学本科及以上。 MBA/CPA / CTA优先考虑。

2）5 - 8年以上的税务合规和咨询方面的跨国公司工作经验。有工厂或外高桥保税区的工作经验尤佳。

3）具有跨部门的项目管理和流程管理经验; 具有团队管理经验; 具有工作敏感性，并能领导团队按时完成工作。

4）较强的沟通能力和在一个多元文化的工作环境中的执行能力; 在快速变化的环境中自我学习能力。

5）自我激励，积极进取，勇于创新。能够在压力下工作
