职责描述：

1、负责部门内系统项目的需求调研，参与业务解决方案设计；

2、参与编写系统需求分析及设计文档，形成需求分析说明书；

3、负责跟进需求项目的进度；

4、向开发工程师提供咨询、指导、解释业务需求。

任职要求：

1、学历本科及以上，计算机相关专业优先；

2、具备扎实的基本功，优秀的逻辑思维能力，对解决挑战性问题充满热情，善于解决问题和分析问题；

3、掌握系统常用架构，具有系统架构设计能力优先；

4、掌握需求分析方法，熟悉需求管理和研发过程管理。
