Western leading company dedicated to Distance Learning through flexible educational methods based in a combination of traditional methods and applied technological advances, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the expansion of its B2C channel in China.
JOB TITLE: B2C SALES MANAGER
REPORTS TO: CHINA GENERAL MANAGER
DEPT: SALES
JOB SUMMARY
The candidate will lead the B2C sales network, setting up sales goals and strategies and controlling the fulfillment of those per geographic area and product. The candidate will guide, motivate and guide the B2C sales teams with the aim of achieving the targets of sales, profitability, diversification and customer satisfaction.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The candidate will report to the China General Manager. It will develop and lead a sales team.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Definition of marketing and sales policy for medium/long term.
-Analysis of new markets and sales channels.
-Sales planning and budgeting.
-Control and follow up of sales targets and coordination, motivation, training of the sales team.
-Design and implementation of sales techniques, client and competitor records and product segmentation.
-Coordination with the other departments of the company.
-Competitors benchmarking (techniques and products) for quick response to market changes.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
-University Degree, preferably in marketing/business administration and related studies.
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
-Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, of which 3 years leading sales teams successfully.
-Experience in B2C sales of education services. Experience in other channels will be a plus.
-Good command of computer tools.
-Client and target oriented; good communication skills, proactivity, leadership and team building spirit.
-Availability to travel in China and abroad.
PREFERRED
-Experience in target oriented foreign companies, working in teams under operational planning.
-Experience in the set up and development of sales teams.
-Experience in development of new sales channels and launching of new products.
-Experience in own business iniciatives.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
