职位描述
岗位职责：
1、具备一定的行业敏感度、需求整理能力和产品规划能力，能独立完成需求分析、原型设计、流程梳理、开发推进和产品优化等完整产品环节；
2、能够熟练使用AxureRP、Sketch、Xmind、Visio等工具实现产品需求整理和产品原型设计；
3、善于协调资源推动产品功能实施，跟进项目的进度，与内外部团队有效沟通，理解能力强；
4、与设计、前端、开发、测试、运营团队协调沟通，推进产品开发进度，对产品交付负责；
5、分析和研究竞争对手产品，掌握市场产品动态并与运营及数据分析团队紧密配合，持续优化产品功能和体验，产出产品创新；
6、制定产品的近期远期优化方案，并逐步达到预期效果。
岗位要求：
1、2年以上互联网产品经理工作经验，熟悉IT产品周期，有项目管理或实施经验者优先；
2、优秀的沟通与表达能力，较强的组织和协调能力及团队协作能力，英文水平优秀者优先；
3、有toB、toG、SaaS类产品或银行系统经验者优先；
4、良好的市场及用户需求敏感度，较强的逻辑思维及分析能力，较强的学习能力；
5、良好的承压能力和工作热情，责任感强，工作积极主动
