职位要求：

1、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上企业管理软件系统的分析、设计及开发经验，具备一定的系统分析、设计能力；

2、具有良好的编码规范、网站安全意识；可独立根据需求完成系统设计以及开发。

3、具有WINDOWS平台的C#或VB开发经验；

4、熟悉.netframework2.0/3.5和常用架构（EnterpriseLibrary等），熟练掌握客户端开发技术（客户端控件开发技术）；

5、熟悉数据库（Oracle或SQLServer）有数据库开发经验，会编写存储过程和触发器，熟练使用PowerDesigner；

6、具有企业软件开发（销售管理系统、HR系统的开发经验者尤佳）

7、有利用VB或.net 操作Office经验者，优先考虑

工作职责：

1、根据客户需求、编写软件框架和核心代码

2、有互联网产品感觉，对产品进行体验并负责不断的提出改进建议
