Job Title : Field Services Engineer - Automation

MISSIONS :
-SBO machine, include in new installation/commissioning/T/A; troubleshooting; O&U service.
-EPS machine, include in new installation/commissioning/T/A; troubleshooting; O&U service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Ensure the installation and trouble shooting of machines on the customers' premises
2.Manage the communication between the customers and the company, and report to the company according to the procedure
3.Demonstrate professional image and attitude to customers

Competences / Specific knowledge :
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office softwares (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Advanced technical understanding
- Ability to communicate

Experience :
3 year working expericence of MNC in similar field of food / beverage packaging machine
Correct working attitude
