Title - Purchasing Competence Center Manager

Location - Shanghai

Responsibilities

1. Local administration and support for standard purchasing processes and systems.

2. Building of knowledge and expertise in processes and systems for local purchasing staff.

3. Training of new local purchasing staff

4. Accompanying implementation of new or adjusted processes and systems.

5. Gathering of local specifics and arrangement of system/ process adjustments

6. Monitoring of processes and systems

7. Failure reporting and correction

8. Regular exchange with HCC-CPM—PCC about systems and processes

9. Satellite of ePW and B2B for all locations in China

10. Issue regular reports to China purchasing functions Complete other tasks related to this job.

11. Play and interface role with Hella worldwide and making marketing for HCCC purchasing analyze obligos.

12. Support the purchasing activities for all locations in China

13. Bundle demand of the Hella plants worldwide , support sourcing in Chna.

14. Supporting and training colleagues from all locations in China for relevant process, tools and systems

15. Complete other tasks related to this job

Requirements -

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than 10 years working experience in Purchasing function, automotive industry preferred
3. Experienced team manager
4. Excellent communication and influencing skill in both Chinese and English
