职位描述
Title - Purchasing Competence Center Manager
Location - Shanghai
Responsibilities
Local administration and support for standard purchasing processes and systems.
Building of knowledge and expertise in processes and systems for local purchasing staff.
Training of new local purchasing staff
Accompanying implementation of new or adjusted processes and systems.
Gathering of local specifics and arrangement of system/ process adjustments
Monitoring of processes and systems
Failure reporting and correction
Regular exchange with HCC-CPM—PCC about systems and processes
Satellite of ePW and B2B for all locations in China
Issue regular reports to China purchasing functions Complete other tasks related to this job.
Play and interface role with Hella worldwide and making marketing for HCCC purchasing analyze obligos.
Support the purchasing activities for all locations in China
Bundle demand of the Hella plants worldwide , support sourcing in Chna.
Supporting and training colleagues from all locations in China for relevant process, tools and systems
Complete other tasks related to this job
Requirements -
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 10 years working experience in Purchasing function, automotive industry preferred
- Experienced team manager
- Excellent communication and influencing skill in both Chinese and English
