As a 销售经理-电动汽车充电项目, you will be part of the Power Grids (PG) Division and Grid Integration (BU) Business unit, based in Beijing. ABB is World’s No.1 in Power Products Business and the product manufactured becomes the key components to transmit and distribute electricity. The division incorporates ABB’s manufacturing network for Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Cables and associated equipment. It also offers all the services needed to ensure products’ performance and extend their lifespan.
As a 销售经理-电动汽车充电项目, you will be responsible to cover business development, marketing/promotion, opportunity development and sales process management from sales support, proposal and tendering, internal risk review and contract negotiation.
Your Task as a 销售经理-电动汽车充电项目 will include the following:
? Target oriented, pro-active and self-motivated with strong sense of ownership.

? Coaching attitude and experience.
? General knowledge of Electrical Systems in medium and Low Voltage Power Applications and Charging Applications is preferred.
? 2+ years of experience in Business Development, or Sales, or Operation of EV Charging Business
? Background in Power Systems, Mechanical or Automation with track record in managing cross functional development projects and International business exposure in multi-culture environment.
? Expertise with projects of different size, complexity, contractual type.
? Product knowledge in Power Electronic Converters and Automation Equipment is an advantage.
? Entrepreneurship with strong motivation and ownership to develop and grow a business line.
? Familiar with Partnership development on project base and joint venture.
? Virtual Team management skills and should continuously ensure vertical and lateral alignment throughout the organization on relevant sales parameters.
