Job Description:

• Obtain and evaluate customer needs by telephone, electronically or face to face;
• Respond customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
• Recruiting new customers and retention of existing customers;
• Process customer request and manage the deposit by checking and managing the account report;
• Work together with Technical manager for application solution for customers;
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Collaboration and communication with experts at Semikron and Sindopower Headquarters in Germany.

Requirements:

• College degree required, preferred in Marketing, business or Electronics;
• At least 2-3 years sales experience, preferred in industrial sectors;
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident and self-motivated with strong drive to succeed
• Very good English skill in written and oral
• Team player and be able to work independently
