Marketing and editorial specialist

Job Description:

• Execute (and provide the local touch) of the PowerGuru strategy set by PowerGuru Germany
• Content update of the portal on a regular basis providing links and articles including translations of English articles into Chinese
• Collaboration and communication with experts at Semikron, Sindopower, and other company participants in PowerGuru
• Responsible in developing professional relationship with universities, key clients, authors, market leaders of related industries
• Keep up to date with the latest development of market trends, national and international
• Gather market research feedback to ensure our publication is meeting the market needs
• Identify key market issues, analyze competitive landscape and specific opportunities
• Develop and maintain good working relationship with internal colleagues incl. company ownership, sponsors and translation companies
• Acquire new cooperation partners/sponsors in China
• Acquire customers for job publications, etc.
• Coordinate and monitor the cooperation with the local press, print media, web environment and other channels
• Responsible in maintaining budget while ensuring timeless and quality of editorial products,

Requirements:

• College degree required, preferred in Electronics, accompanied by Marketing, Business, Communication, English language or Publication
• Strong networker in the power electronics sector to universities and customers
• Strong organizational and commercial skills
• Knowledge of power electronics and willingness to expand
• At least 2-3 years marketing or editorial experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese language)
• Self-motivated, team player and be able to work independently
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office, HTML,
