Job Description:

• Design, implement and facilitate company marketing plan,
• Plan and administer the company marketing operation budget
• Monitor and control the contribution of marketing measures to the company target
• Organize and implement Customer Relationship including

- Customer recruiting activities

- Customer satisfaction survey and customer retention

- Other campaigns regarding new channel, new products, price communication

• Coordinate and monitor the cooperation with print media, web environment and other channels
• Support, development and distribution of marketing and sales materials e.g. sending EDM through online internet / designing print advertisement;
• Collaboration and communication with experts at Semikron and Sindopower Headquarters in Germany.

Requirements:

• College degree required, preferred in Marketing, business or Communication;
• At least 2-3 years marketing experience, preferred in B2B sector;
• Experience in developing marketing program;
• Very good English skill in written and oral
• Self-motivated, team player and be able to work independently
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office, Photoshop as well as Adobe Illustrator
