Research Executive

Responsibilities
1. Designing questionnaires/interview outlines to ensure they prompt meaning data and are actionable
2. Following and supervising the project execution to achieve quality requirement
3. Conducting data analysis to provide meaningful conclusions
4. Designing reports and charts to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions
5. Undertaking in-depth interviews with industry experts to get valuable information
6. Keeping smooth communication with clients and provide satisfied client service based on the contract

Requirements
1. At least 2 years working experience in market research field
2. Highly effective communication skills are critical
3. Outstanding logic thinking and detail orientation
4. Strong data interpreting and processing skills with a high proficiency in SPSS
5. High-efficient professional report writing abilities
6. Career oriented, self-motivated and being able to work under high pressure
7. Excellent command of written and spoken English
8. Telecom industry related experience or showing great interest in this field is preferred

研究主管
岗位职能：

4. 写作分析报告，确保图表与数据很好地支撑结论

6. 与客户保持紧密的沟通，并基于合同约定向客户提供满意的服务

2. 具备快速学习与良好的人际沟通能力

4. 熟练使用SPSS，有较强的数据分析与处理能力
5. 专业高效的研究报告写作能力

7. 良好的英文读写与表达
