职责：

1. 拟上市和融资财务顾问项目的寻找；

2. 负责行业分析并撰写研究报告；

3. 负责客户公司发展方面的工作，主要包括准备公司推介资料，为潜在客户提供项目建议书及尽职调查；

4. 参与准备体现客户公司主要特征的商业计划书以及推介文件；

5. 负责现场协调客户公司和第三方机构的工作；

6. 负责融资和上市等其它工作。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，财务、金融及法律专业背景优先；

2. 分析、写作能力强，熟练使用各种金融及PPT软件；

3. 具有较好的沟通能力和极强的写作能力；

4. 拥有投行或投资行业相关工作经验优先；

5. 能适应经常出差的工作。
