岗位职责：

1、独立负责薪酬模块；

2、编制公司员工工资表、核定奖金及福利，确保薪资准确按时发放；

3、核算人工成本，并定期对薪酬数据进行整合分析；

4、协助上级完成与薪酬福利相关的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，财务类专业优先；

2 、一年以上薪酬相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可；

2、EXCEL精通，数据分析能力佳，数据敏感度佳；

3、逻辑思维清晰、细致、学习能力、团队协作能力、高效执行力具备
