服务描述:

Asset Service team is setting up to support adidas China marketing team on promo order (Sponsorship and seeding products) goods flow and provide logistic /operational support to marketing functions, ensure all marketing campaigns and events successfully launching with proper and timely product support.

Contract management for assets & agencies & facilities (30%)

Compliance of contract and related internal processes including

1. Prepare contracts with confirmed terms & conditions

2. Follow up contract approval process

3. Contract record management

4. Compliance of contract

5. CR, GR & Payment tracking

Order placement (20%)

1. Prepare supporting documents & required information for future order placement

2. Consolidate placed orders from systems

3. Follow up order status

4. Sense check order volume (against current stock)

Seeding approval process (30-40%)

1. Raise requests for seeding approval process

2. Prepare supporting documents & required information for seeding approval

3. Follow up seeding approval progress, coordinate with MOPS, PO, and OBF for seeding fulfillment
