岗位职责:

主要职责：
1. 针对屈臣氏自有品牌的设计需求，准确快速把握创意策划概念，高效输出视觉创意方案
2. 保质完成视觉设计工作，品类包括：包装、海报设计、DM、微信、微博、电商配图等
3. 应用主视觉延展店铺POP物料设计，对材质、尺寸、工艺提出有效可实施方案
4. 引导设计或制作公司提供清晰、有效的设计方向或修改建议
5. 协助团队完成需要设计支援的项目，提供专业意见
6. 资料素材归档管理

职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，五年以上设计工作经验，熟悉彩妆及护肤品行业
2. 全面了解POSM类型和印刷的工艺、材料种类、材料特性。
3. 熟练运用设计软件，PS、AI等，有3d设计能力优先
4. 具有项目管理经验，良好的分析、计划组织和执行能力。
5. 基本掌握Office办公软件使用
6. 具备良好的人际沟通能力，做事认真细致，较强的压力承受能力。
