1. Processing payments and reimbursements

负责日常支付和报销

2. Bank accounts management and handling SAFE businesses

管理银行账户，处理外汇管理局的相关业务

3. Cash reporting and cash advance reconciliations

现金收支报告和预借现金对账

4. Checking of expense claim reports, ensuring the compliance of company policies and local regulations.

检查费用报销单，确保遵守公司的政策和当地的规

5. Coordinating for all the company credit cards’ applications, settlements, reconciliation and changing

公司信用卡的协调、申请、结算、对账和换卡

6. Responsible for the tidying, binding and filling of the accounting documents

负责会计凭证的整理、装订和归档

7. Internal and external monthly/quarterly reporting

定期的内部及外部报表的准备

8. Support other administrative tasks per the finance Manager requests

负责财务经理要求的其他工作

Requirements (MUST have)

1. Above 3 years cashier experience in MNC company is a preferable

2. Experience on foreign bank process is a plus,

3. Read and written skills in English (Must)

4. Financial system experience and but not essential

5. Ability to prioritize and efficiently handle a variety of tasks at once
