职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责建设工程项目的从前期立项直至施工许可证手续；
2、负责建设工程项目的各相关政府职能部门中间报审和竣工备案验收相关手续；
3、负责建设工程项目的合同管理、项目资料整理；
4、负责持续研究、分析各地各类报批报建要求和流程，整理并编制报批报建资料；
5、完成公司领导交办的其他工作和任务。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验者优先；
2、具有较强的应变能力、洞察力、问题分析及解决能力；
3、具有良好的团队建设能力与敬业精神；
4、有良好的职业操守、善于沟通、高效推动工作落实。
