Agilent Technology (ShangHai) is one of globel centers of the Agilent Chenmcial analytical group, which intergrated R&D, Marketing, Manufaction function. And ATS R&D has more than 10 years history in China. You will be part of a R&D team that designs, develops, and tests Chemical Analytical product. This is your opportunity to join a team that's bringing new products and technologies to the market faster and more efficiently than ever before.
Your job responsibilities will include working within a multi-discipline team to:
* Ensure new product manufacturability, reliability, calibration, and characterization.
* Assist the global manufacturing team to resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing life of complex, high performance products.
* Develop and maintain the manufacturing systems and processes used to produce products at various globally distributed manufacturing centers.
The key tasks of the mechanical engineer are:
* Defining product structure in the ordering systems to facilitate manufacturability
* Designing and executing reliability qualifications. Work with R&D to resolve any identified issues
* Designing the product assembly process
* Design the product assembly tooling
* Working with the design team to identify and resolve any mechanical manufacturability issues
* Working with manufacturing to resolve issues that arise during the manufacturing life of a product caused by part obsolescence, cost reduction, or reliability enhancement.
BS or MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Ability to employ both hands-on and analytic approaches
* Ability to work with and through remote multi-cultural teams

* Finite Element Analysis
* Thermal Analysis
* Mentor Graphics FloTHERM Experience
* PTC CoCreate Modeling Experience
* Electrical Engineering Fundamentals
* Operations Research/Industrial Engineering classes or experience
