职位说明：

1. 是保证负责人、装卸负责人和原料库房负责人的替补
2. 负责物流安全及制定的物流项目
3. 协助库房负责人料接收，卸货、标识和入库。
4. 配合质量部门对原料取样
5. 定期检查库存原料的状况，发现问题及时报告。
6. 定期对库存原料进行盘点，分析脱靶原因。
7. 根据排产计划制定小料配制计划。
8. 完成上级安排的其它工作。


岗位要求：

1. 大学本科毕业，化学或物流专业
2. 对库存和化学品敏感
3. 能读懂一般英文资料和撰写一般英文文档
4. 有很好的office软件的应用能力
5. 沟通好，能融入团队

此职位为第三方派遣。


POSITION: Warehouse assistant

LOCATION: Beijing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Backup for package owner, loading/unloading owner and raw material warehouse owner.
2. Responsible for logistics safety and logistics project as defined.

3. Assist the warehouse owners to receive, unload, label and register raw material.
4. Provide helps to QC for sampling.
5. Daily check raw material in the warehouse and report any issues.
6. Conduct the cycle count to raw material and find out the root causes for any misses。
7. Create the plan of the pre-weight materials based on the production schedule.
8. Other works arranged by the warehouse keeper.

QUALIFICATIONS /SKILL

1. Bachelor’s degree majored chemical or logistics
2. Sensitive to inventory and chemical
3. Good in the writing and reading of English
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Good communication skill and team work
