1.Coordinate with Center Kitchen and operation management team build and run food product quality standard for restaurant system.

2.Give improvement quality management system solution to meet 100% product and service standard of Autogrill restaurant system.

3.Responsible for manage document standard system of Quality Assurance Department。

4.Together with the management company checks, vendor evaluation, ensuring goods enter with quality and food safety.

5. Coordinate with management board build ISO/HACCP … system.

6.Build management and use procedure of dangerous items, manage shelf life, labelling product, insect control … per as request from the airport authority and law.

7. Investigate non-conformities and propose corrections if any related to quality product complaint from guest and internal issue.
