Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
· Identify trendsetter ideas by leveraging industry research, events, publications, policy to develop financing business opportunities such as enterprise project, government project; follow through them and provide leadership in working with other GE parties. · Build relationship with local government to solicit project and promote financing solution & GEHC equipment. · Manager and build solid relationship with the investment community (VC, PE, SOE, financial institutes), understand their investment needs and goals and match those to our customers’ · Reach agreement (sign MOU) with selected investment partners; screen and analyze potential financing deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, growth potential, and financial returns; and recommending them to suitable partners · Supporting partner in closing financing project by coordinating requirements; building DCF model; developing and negotiating contracts. · Support sales team to identify private hospitals with financing need, help educate the hospitals on alternative financing solution (i.e.: investment) and recommend suitable funding partner to hospitals and help secure funding. · Work with marketing manager to develop appropriate sales tools, marketing programs and preparation for various events to promote project finance product · To be the China product champion for all project financing product and provide sales support in the field - product support/respond to product inquires · Creation of training materials and providing product and application training to Sales Team and supporting customers

Qualifications/Requirements
· Strong team/cross-functional project management experience and creative thinking.· 8+ years solid experience in business development and investment or related field · Financial modeling skill is a must· Strong marketing sense and experience in successful product marketing is preferred· Superior communication skills and high ethics standard· Proactive and supportive working attitude, can work under pressure and down to the details· Excellent English communication skills in both spoken and written/presentation· Strong interpersonal skills, cheerful, and creative· Financial / healthcare industry knowledge and working experience in MNC is preferred· Bachelor degree or above, master degree majoring in finance, accounting is preferred
