Job Title: Senior Retail Operation Analyst

Report to: National Retail Manager

Job Purpose Statement / 工作目的描述:

This position is focused on the overall execution of the retail sales plans for operational forecasting and coordinate in-store KPI level. This includes the store network performance analysis in management level, facilitate analyst and feedback of the store action plan, and work with cross-functions to drive the effective action with regional managers and DSs.      

 

Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责:

· Supporting the Retail Planning Lead in developing the bottom-Up, forecasting financial plan (rolling forecast +store target) (down to KPI level, such as; ATV; UPT; ASP, etc.)

· Managing and establishing the store best practice on the feedbacks and analysis of sales performance. Retail format/store cover both regular store, outlet store in KPI level.

· Completing sales performance, cost (mainly labor cost, headcount productivity and expense) analysis as inputs to the development of regional strategies implementation and store execution plan.

· Identifying the key findings or initiatives (sales gap, specific KPI results) required to meet business plans.  

· Enhance store communications according China retail strategies requirements.

· Consistently monitoring the business through analytics and identifying actions to achieve the key performance metrics. · Developing and coordinating with regions to continuously update store SOP.

· Team spirit and working in cross-functional environment.  

 

Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需专业技能和工作经验：

· Experience Minimum Relevant Experience:  Minimum 3-5 years with relevant experience

· Retail industry relative Experience: Minimum more than 30 doors retail chain experience

· Nature of Work: merchandising/planning

 

Academic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor

 

Specific Working Conditions:

Frequency of Travel: Bi-Monthly
