Responsibility：

Preparing and conducting contract and hold the negotiation of PO.

Participate defining of procurement strategies to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of materials. 

参与确定采购战略，保证长期的，成本节约的物料供应                                  

Implementing alternative procurement sources to minimize cost and timing delivery. 

实现物料的交替采购资源，最小化采购成本，保证及时地交货

Develop potential  supplier to have better price and  good quality 

开发拥有更好价格和质量的供应商

Good coopetition with PM, Planning to ensure the delivery and cost meet the requirement of project. 

与项目经理，计划合作，保证成本和交货满足项目要求。                                                  

Good cooperation with SQM to ensure the quality of supply can meet the technical requirement.

同质量检验人员合作，保证供货产品符合技术要求。                                                                                                                           

Requirements：

-More than 3 years of experience in procurement experience(mechanical technical background preferred)

 大学本科学历，至少3年的采购工作经验(机械专业背景优先)

Ability to work in a team environment is essential to the success of this position.                                                                 Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and fluent English speaking
