Develop social marketing strategy and ecosystem based on the full understanding of business objective, marketing strategy, digital trends and communication calendar;

Co-operate with online media team to manage the quality of media content;

Social KOL co-operation plan, manage KOLs to produce content and leverage the influence of KOLs to increase the impact of communication;
社交营销合作计划，管理KOL制作内容，利用KOL的影响力增加沟通的营销力；
EDM system management & result analysis;
EDM系统管理及结果分析；
Community operation, tracking and management;
社交的运营、跟踪管理；
SCRM system training and management;

职位要求：

University graduate or above，5-8 years working experience in social or digital marketing;

本科以上学历，5-8年社交或数字营销工作经验；

Internet industry related knowledge is a plus;

具有互联网行业相关能力的优先；

Can pick up new trend, knowledge and technology quickly;

能迅速了解、掌握行业的最新动态；

Familiar with trends, status and user behavior of digital marketing.

熟悉数字营销的趋势、现状和用户分析等。

WHO WE ARE
UUabc is a leading online language learning platform based in Shanghai, China. Currently UUabc focuses on teaching English language to kids between age 4 and 12, who learn English as a foreign language, and also plans to launch Chinese language contents to non-Chinese native speakers. UUabc has 10,000 + students, mostly in China and 100+ English part-time teachers globally, and is expanding fast.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Be a culture ambassador by learning or teaching languages. We believe language is not only a communication tool, but a bridge to connect people across different cultures. UUabc’s first two letters of “UU” represent connecting “yoU” with “Us” via language and culture learning. UUabc teaches languages in their indigenous and authentic cultural settings and also teach cultural contents and different way of thinking through language learning.
