Main Responsibilities: 

- Coordinate and/or take in charge the architectural design, the technical implementation and the go-live support of the corporate enterprise architectures (on-Premise and on-cloud).

- Drive and Support the IT projects, proposing integrated and innovative technological solutions, ensuring the achievement of projects’ timeline, security guidelines, high-quality of services and budget.

- Participate in the scouting of new solutions, evaluating the Make or Buy, on-Premise and/or on-Cloud positioning.

- Drive and coordinate improvements and pure technological projects, designing and implementing the solution eventually in collaboration with external suppliers.

- Lead the Operations hand-over to the technical support service (after the go-live phase) and act as a second level in managing complex problems.

- Guarantee the technical governance of the applications development teams, leading the adoption of the DEVOPS model.

- Design and evolve the E2E monitoring of the solutions and release the technical project documentation. 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:

- Graduated in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering

- Gained at least two years of experience as IT Architect in projects released in the Hybrid CLOUD environment with Platform as a Service solutions (mainly on MS Azure) and strongly integrated with various systems.

- Experience in the design, implementation and management of serviceoriented architectures (API REST / SOAP), micro services, containers and related orchestration.

- Consolidated experience in DEVOPS (Azure DevOPS / VSTS, GIT, Jenkins)

- Experience in the design and implementation of architectures for the release of mobile apps integrated with various backend functionalities, therefore knowledge of the development environments (Visual Studio, Eclipse, Xcode) and app distribution issues.

- Ability to analyze and design business processes in the field of integration and orchestration of application services, possibly in the retail Business

- Passionate in the scouting of innovative applications / technological solutions and ability to propose the best technological solution, among the possible, for the optimization of existing processes.

- At least three years’ experience in architecture developed on Microsoft and Linux / Unix platforms, excellent knowledge of system configuration and administration, storage management, backup and restore, network configurations, security, provisioning and authentication issues of users.

- Knowledge of Database architectures (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, Hadoop, ..)

- Knowledge of IT Operatons best practices for Alwayson / alwaysavailable systems

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

- Fluency in English
