北京招聘

1、负责公司天猫店铺直通车、钻展、明星店铺推广；

2、根据运营经理/店长的销售目标、推广需求，制定相应的推广计划及预算方案，并保证计划的顺利执行；

3、负责直通车钻展淘宝客以及其他推广渠道的投放与维护；

4、每日监控的数据，发掘隐含内在问题并及时处理，提高店铺点击和浏览率，完成店铺营销目标；

5、有效的控制投放成本，获取更多的展现流量，减低点击成本；

6、对直通车和钻展等数据进行深度优化，并进行相关的数据分析，定期出具分析报告给运营进行数据分；

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，2年以上推广经验，能够独立开展推广工作；

2、熟悉天猫平台推广工具的操作和规则，并具备实际操作经验；

3、能够配合运营有效的对推广工作进行调整和优化；

4、做事认真负责，执行力强；积极主动，善于分享。
