职位描述

Company Information: A famous USA cosmetic company

Principle Objective:
Leading regional Education Coordinators work closely with regional sales team to educate Consultants by providing them with the product knowledge, service and sales skills necessary to meet sales goals and service standards. This will be accomplished through Seminars, In-Store Coaching and people development. Besides, Support part of PR and marketing activities to build up brand equity.

Office/seminar time: 50%, In-store time: 35%, team developing 15%

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1)Seminars Design, Deployment and Execution
1.Help NEM to design seminar’s training materials, and in charge of at least 1 national training project.
2.Conduct training of Consultants, Coach, in delegate region including but not limited to: Master Class, Accreditation and Strategy. Besides, can conduct special seminars and Beauty class, Workshops, make-up techniques, customer service, Tools usage, handle customer complaint, counter hygiene, and 2-2-2 follow up agreement.
3.Evaluated and search for the training opportunities and aligned with sales team to confirm the various training needs.
4.Executes seminars and all education programs to achieve desired business results.
5.Prepare and conduct PR events, Beauty class and workshop for customers.

2)In-Store Development
1.Focus on in-store time in each TOP/KEY doors. Help to find business opportunities to improve sales result. Besides, demonstrate high standard of knowledge, sell-through techniques and makeup skills.
2.Strategize with sales partners to develop, execute and follow-up on TOP/KEY/NEW door action plans, so as to make sure all doors can achieve their KPIs.
3.In charge of Mystery shopper project and real clients’ feedback program, find out opportunities and take action so as to make the brand become best service brand.
4.Attending the sales team regular meeting to understand the business status.
5.Provide coach to Counter Managers, develop excellent Consultants and motivate them.

3)Team Management
1.To provide professional and efficient cooperation to Sales team through coaching a excellent regional education team;
2.Well organize monthly Education working plan and schedule, provide coaching to Education Coordinator, let them clearly know the working focus and how to plan their schedule;
3.Provide useful feedback to Education Coordinators, make them working efficiency can improved continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.The job holder should have a 5+ years of experience in sales or training.
2.Have at least 3+ years team management experience. Willing to support and developing people.
3.Good coaching and communication skills are also a must.
4.Well organized with correct priorities.
5.Strong analytical capability and logical thinking have clearly business sense, willing to win.
