职位描述 Job description：     

1.按照销售要求制作销售订单，并输入系统。 

Make sales orders according to sales requirements and input them into the system.     

2.做好材料收集、档案管理、文书起草、公文制定、文件收发等工作；

Do a good job in material collection, file management, document drafting, document making, document delivery and other work.     

3.对销售数据进行业务分析，并从系统导出销售报表。

Conduct business analysis of sales data and export sales reports from the system.                

4.协助总经理进行内务、安全管理，为其他部门提供及时有效的服务；

Assist managers in internal affairs and safety management, and provide timely and effective services to other departments.     

5.会务安排：做好会前准备、会议记录和会后内容整理工作。

Meeting arrangement: do the preparation before the meeting, the minutes of the meeting and the finishing work after the meeting.     

6. 能及时有效地完成总经理布置的工作。

Able to complete the work assigned by the general manager in a timely and effective manner.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    任职资格 Qualifications：     

1、大学专科以上，******者优先考虑。

College degree or above, married and educated is preferred.     

2、最好有1年以上相关工作经验，条件优秀的应届大学毕业生亦可考虑；

It is best to have more than 1 years of relevant work experience.     

3、 熟悉Excel、ppt等Office办公软件；

Familiar with Excel, PPT and other Office office software.     

4、 热爱学习，积极主动，具备一定的抗压力。

Love learning, be proactive and have certain resistance to stress.               

薪资待遇 Salary and benefits：  8000-10000 yuan / month (before tax)

Shanghai Goldenfood Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of GF International Holdings Pte., Ltd. (Singapore) in China. Founded in 2018, the company is mainly engaged in introducing the most delicious snacks with local characteristics in Southeast Asia into the Chinese market.
