Key Responsibility

 

-       Develop and implement local brand & marcomm strategies in line with the Hilti global brand strategies, design the omni-channel brand excellence experience for both online and offline to ensure a full activation of all targeted channels to deliver greater business impact locally and to increase brand awareness and brand preference

-       Research and learn to innovate Hilti’s branding and customer experience building

-       Define and create branding and marcomm campaigns and brand assets with stakeholders, implement, track and optimize branding campaigns across targeted digital and physical channels for driving business impact, while keeping customer needs in mind

-       Serve as marketing communications head, leading initiatives including, but not limited to, pre-campaign consultation and planning, co-work with stakeholders on implementation strategies and execution and success controls

-       Responsible for marcomm activities budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing and support, communication materials development

-       Design online and offline campaign performance tracking mechanics, report and post campaign follow-up and conversion monitoring, etc.

-       Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain Hilti website landing pages engaging content and optimize user experience

-       Evaluate emerging technologies to deliver industry leading brand experience. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

-       Brand value, brand and market growth, and decision-making for the effective handling of brands.

-       Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, catalogues, manuals, brochures, flyers, giveaway, gifts, merchandizing, this can involve writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers and other related vendors.

-       Organize and attend customer events and exhibitions per business needs

-       Explore and identity industry targeted parties and influencers for partnership with the objective to expanding sales contact, contributing sales leads generation and communicating brand leadership and differentiation

-       Lead brand and communications planning and manage effective implementation with respect to product marketing initiatives

-       Take ownership of internal communication platforms

 

Qualification

 

-       University degree, Excellent written and oral English level

 

-       Excellent in MS-office software applications, xxx

-       Minimum 5 years proven working experience in marcomm, digital marketing and branding.

-       Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

-       Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

-       Professional knowledge, skill and experience at – marketing communications, communication, Brand, digital marketing, PR, event managements, marketing activation

-       Understand the business model and the business needs to link all activities closely with business needs

-       Ability to identify the issue and analyze the situation to establish a course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a specific goal.

-       Working effectively with team to accomplish organizational goals.

-       Facilitating the development of others’ knowledge and skills; providing timely feedback and guidance to help them reach goals.
