DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT onsite support service to customer
• Manage the overall IT security controls
• Work with remote teams to collaboratively resolve service and technical issues
• Work with the management team to complete all other assigned duties, tasks or projects
• Review local IT infrastructure to ensure compliance/security requirements are fully achieved

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of Windows Client & MS Office application
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure
• Experience with Antivirus and AntiSpyware tools; experience with Palo Alto is a plus
• Familiar with information security standards (e.g. ISO 27001/ISAE 3402) and mainstream security controls (e.g. CCTV/AACS)
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud computing (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Fundamental knowledge of VOIP system
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Background in financial field is a plus
