Main  Tasks（工作职责）

Responsible for  production material(tools,washers) purchase

负责生产用原材料（模具，垫片）采购

Manage and maintain suppliers in aspect of panel, performance assessment, contract management, negotiation activities

管理和维护供应商，包括与供应商谈判，评估，选定和合同管理。

Responsible for supplier improvement initiatives from continuous cost reduction point of view

从降低成本的角度，持续推动供应商的改进和提高。

Responsible for executing sourcing process from RFQ, quote analysis, negotiation, selection, supplier PPAP review ,approval, quality performance management

执行采购流程，包括询价，比价，议价，选定，供应商的PPAP的评估,批准和质量管理。

Fully execute the internal quotation process to support new business

执行内部报价流程以支持公司新业务的需要。

Have full understanding of the supply market including competitive information

深入了解供应商市场，竞争信息等。

Secure complete documentation at various stages for purchasing management

确保采购管理相关文档信息完善。

Control purchasing department budgets

控制采购成本，努力达到预算目标。

Assumes responsibility for related initiatives as needs arise.

其他需要的相关工作。

 

Professional  Profile（任职要求）

associate college or above degree

大专以上学历

can work earnest, responsible and accountable; can work under high pressure

工作认真，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力

good ability of document editing

良好的文件编辑能力

be familiar with the supplier control and management requirements and method

熟悉供应商控制和管理要求以及方法

good ability of English reading, and writing

良好的英语读、写能力

skilled in using the OFFICE software for business

熟练使用OFFIC
