·           Deliver Supply Chain value creation for Nestlé and Distributors through efficient E-replenishment operation, management and optimization.

·           经销商自动补货项目运作、管理与优化。

·           Support to drive success of Distributor Case Fill rate, Stock Availability, On Shelf Availability and On Shelf freshness.

·           致力于提高经销商订单满足率、库存有货率，货架有货率，产品新鲜度

·           Support to drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives e.g.  Order to Cash efficiency, Lead Time improvement, Distributors replenishment, etc.

·           推动并优化供应链相关流程：订单到现金管理流程的有效性，订单操作周期提高，经销商自动补货计划，以及其它。

·           Skills of SAP order to cash process

·           熟悉SAP 的订单管理功能

·           Working with region sales team, define joint improvement plans with Distributors to enhance Nestlé's "ability to win", supported by “CFSC with Distributors” methodology.

·           在面向经销商供应链服务策略的指导下，与区域销售团队共同协作，制定双方的运营提高方案，以实现雀巢的双赢目标。

·           Be a Supply Chain ambassador for Nestlé and Distributors:

·           作为供应链方面的专家参与到区域日常客户服务运作工作

·           Fully involve NCE implementation in CS department (DOR, WOR and other initiatives with cross functions) ：充分参与客服团队的持续改进项目并做出贡献（包括daily Weekly opertation review，以及跨部门的项目中）

·           Team Management

·           团队管理

·           Coordinator for multi-functional teams.

职位要求;

3年以上以下领域相关工作经验：Above 5 years working experience under below area:

·         客户服务 Customer service

·         需求与计划管理 Demand and planning management

·         物流管理 Logistic management

·         销售/市场 Sales/Marketing
