2 Define the working standard for cycle time and efficiency.

3 Capcity planning and layout for new product or process.

4 Prepare periodical reports and review with relevant dept and Corp.(CIP & cost saving)

准备报表并与各项目部门及总部讨论

5 Training for operations and set up the lean culture step by step.

进行定时培训, 并逐步建立持续改善的文化

Key responsibilities:

l Make line balance and cycle time calculation.

标准工时的设定及线平衡分析

2 Evaluate production requirements (labor, equipment and area) and suggest production process methods.

评估生产需求(包括人力, 设备, 空间等)并提供相应建议

3 Value Stream Mapping in all areas of manufacturing

价值流分析

4 Process and equipment improvement, recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities

制程及设备改善, 提供改善方案以提高员工作业效率及减少材料及设备利用率的损失

5 Provide solution and preventive methods for process design based on Lean concept

基于精益概念, 为制程设计提供方法及解决方案

6 Lead & drive team in 5S, Capex and automation areas.

7 Prepare periodical reports for cost saving & key production improvement method.

Requirements:

1 3years of experince in implementing lean manufacturing

3年以上相关工作经验

2.Experince in production process

熟悉生产流程

3.Team Player

4.Proficient in AUTOCAD operation

熟悉CAD等办公软件
